With one double bedroom and one family room as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep five people. The cottage also contains a well equipped kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an electric log effect fire. Outside the cottage is a private garden area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as plenty of off road parking. There are also fishing, tennis and woodland walks included with this cottage. With a number of other cottages on site making it ideal for large groups of over thirty people, Bothy Cottage is a wonderful holiday home for anyone wishing to explore the delights of North Wales.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The setting of the property, the well kept grounds, the beautiful forest and riverside walks were an utter delight with a quirky and humorous surprise round every corner. Completely peaceful and the owner could not have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend to others for a restful holiday.

,Peaceful, entertaining location. Ready access by car to larger towns and areas of interest if you required them. Good tennis court and quackery was entertaining. The gardens and fools forest were lovely and the wandering Peacocks beautiful.
