The living area has elegant French windows that open onto the enclosed garden – an ideal place for dining outdoors. There is also a children's play area just outside the property, making this a great destination for families. Close by are the two beaches at Criccieth’s seafront, the town’s 13th Century castle and an abundance of scenic coastal walks.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Such a lovely place having your own little garden with swing and slide. It was peaceful and safe and the kids loved it. Seeing sheep out of the bathroom window and the friendly farmer showing us the goslings. Two bathrooms was handy too. Really enjoyed it.

,The accommodation was superb, the owners were very friendly and helpful and the children loved feeding the lambs and playing with the sheep dogs. We have stayed frequently in holiday accommodation and this was probably the best ever. I have already recommended it to others.
