Cwm Yr Afon Cottage is attached to the owner’s 500 year old farmhouse in a stunning, isolated position above the village of Llanbedr in Snowdonia. The cottage has one double bedroom with an additional single futon and an ensuite bathroom making this a cottage that can sleep three people. The open plan ground floor has a modern fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a cosy sitting room which is dominated by the magnificent stone fireplace which contains a woodburning stove and the original bread oven. Outside the cottage is a small enclosed patio garden with furniture and off road parking for two cars as well a range of footpaths that lead from the front door of the cottage. Cwm Yr Afon Cottage is a beautifully restored part of an old stone farmhouse and is a perfect cottage for walkers of all abilities or for a couple wanting a remote romantic retreat.

If stream is too high, cars can be parked at the end of the lane and guests will be picked up by the owner. Note: There is no mobile phone reception at this cottage and the cottage does not have a telephone. In emergencies, the owner's telephone can be used.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

A gorgeous cottage in a secluded location. The owners were very friendly, welcoming and went the extra mile to help us. The surrounding area provides stunning scenery and good walks. Easy access to the beautiful beaches of Harlech, Barmouth and Abersoch.

,The location was extremely quiet and peaceful. The hosts were friendly and helpful but not overso, therefore we felt very comfortable with them. The cottage was wonderful, no complaints about anything at all. All aspects of the treatment from Sykes were perfect, again, no complaints at all.
