Situated in the old slate quarrying village of Llan Ffestiniog, this 19th Century, stone-built mid-terrace cottage is ideally located in the centre of Snowdonia National Park. Just two miles from Blaenau Ffestiniog, this cosy-open plan cottage is a former quarryman's house and has been sympathetically renovated to retain much of its original character. With exposed beams, an open fire in the sitting area and views of the Moelwyn Mountains, this is a wonderful place for a small family to spend their holiday. Nearby is the bustling town of Porthmadog, Black Rock Sands and Mount Snowdon, making this an interesting and diverse location.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The stunning and diverse scenery, plenty to do and see, we never got bored and the cottage is lovely with everything we needed. Situated in a perfect location, not too far from anywhere, right in the centre of all the places we wanted to go to and see, friendly people. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
