Set in four acres of grounds, this lovely detached brick-built cottage is situated in the small rural village of Bodfari, overlooking the stunning Clwydian Hill Range in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only four miles from the ancient market town of Denbigh. The two bedrooms are both well-furnished whilst the shower rooms are equipped with modern fittings. The entire house is decorated in a light and airy manner and provides spacious accommodation for four. There is also a set of French windows opening onto a gravelled area, ideal for relaxing with a drink after a long day of exploring.

Side gravelled sitting area, additional front sitting area, both with garden furniture. Shared use of sitting area overlooking small pond (pond is on neighbouring land). Sorry no pets or smoking. Shop 4 mins walk. Pub/restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: The caravan park is quiet, friendly & accepts tourers only. It is open from mid March to mid Oct.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
