The Old School House, a converted school building, has been refurbished to a high standard, but has kept many features. From thick stone walls and arched windows to a lovely wooden front door, this cottage has an abundance of character. The Old School House is ideal for families, with three bedrooms - one first floor double and two ground floor twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms. Of the two sitting rooms, the delightful first floor sitting area is perfect for an evening relaxing, and the front decked area is ideal for meals after a busy day exploring the area. The town of Pwllheli is a short walk away and with many shops, pubs, restaurants and two beaches, there is plenty to see and do. The Old School House is a perfect base for visiting many places in the area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The house was absolutely lovely. We loved being there for the week. We had other friend's staying near by and it was great that the table extended and that there was crockery and cutlery for nine. Thank you for a great week.

,Great location. We covered quite a few miles and crammed lots of sight-seeing and visits in. The scenery was amazing and never disappointed! The coastline was fabulous and often back-dropped by mountains. The holiday cottage was one of the nicest we have stayed in and you felt at home immediately. To add to all that we picked a fabulous week weather-wise!
